My apologies for omitting when to add the egg, it goes in during step two. As for the garlic it’s Sautéd in step 5.

Two problems with this recipe:

1. The directions refer to garlic, but no garlic appears in the ingredients

2. The ingredients list an egg, but you do not tell us when to add it
