Every once in a while a particular WOD will show up again in your workout routine and your goal will be to beat your personal previous time. The beauty about most CrossFit Clubs is that the members usually cheer you on to motivate you into getting your best performance for that workout. Everybody’s at different levels and it doesn’t matter since you only compete with yourself. The club just gives you your own personal cheerleader squad.
